I have lived in these apartments since March of 2010 and I am thankful that they have been very good in responding to maintenance calls. The only drawback here seems to be the parking as there is plenty of it, but seemingly not enough as its always hard to find a spot. The apartments are in good condition and the management is very easy to deal with.
