Without having had children enrolled, I'm giving this center 2.5 stars. The center manager seemed nice but uses poor grammar interacting with adults and children. The outdoor play area has great equipment, but a chain link fence separates children from a public apartment parking lot, lending concern about safety. There is no indoor play area, so in bad weather, the children have no place to release energy. Nap time is 2.5 hours, a very long time for a 4-5 year old. The 4-5 teacher rates a 4 of 5 for her capability and kindness. Overall, the center seems fine, but not stellar. Lacking in enthusiasm and joy. I'm a picky mom and want the best for my children, so I'm looking elsewhere. Good luck!

I had all four of my children at KinderCare and we loved it. The director and staff were wonderful with my kids. I always knew that they were in good hands and well loved. I truly hated having to move away and leave the center. If I ever get back to Abilene again I would use them again in a heartbeat. I have never had a center that was so friendly and caring. You could not ask for anything better. I would recommend them to anyone moving to Abilene. The only thing is that you need to call first to make sure they have availability because they tend to fill up quickly. This is the best daycare in all of Abilene.
