Hunt specializes in turnkey design-build services through traditional Military Construction (MILCON) programs and the military's Public-Private Venture (PPV) program. As such, Hunt provides in-house services including development management, program management, constructability review, design overview, cost estimating, value engineering, scheduling, construction management, quality control, risk/safety management, and asset management. To date, Hunt has been awarded 174 projects from the Department of Defense consisting of over 69, 000 units.
