Our goal is to provide the very latest in veterinary care at a reasonable cost so as many pets can benefit as possible. We believe that pet owners live longer, happier lives when their pets are healthy and happy. We are committed to providing our clients with the highest quality veterinary care and service in a comfortable and compassionate environment. Chimney Rock Animal Hospital is staffed by a team of experienced and dedicated veterinarians and technicians who are passionate about animal care. Dr Williams and Kathy were amazing. I miss them. BUT SINCE THEIR RETIREMENT AND THE BUYOUT BY NEW DOCTORS....BEWARE IF YOU ARE LOOKING FOR A VET THAT ACTUALLY CARES ABOUT ANIMALS. CHIMNEY ROCK ONLY CARES ABOUT PROFIT. STAY FAR AWAY FROM THIS PLACE IF YOU LOVE YOUR FUR BABIES. I have been going to chimney rock for close to 10 years. I have never asked them to make an exception on treatment or cost of services. ALWAYS paid in full at time of service. The new vets refused to help 3 of my suffering animals 2 if which were dying because my sister in law wrote a bad review of them on Google. Her ordeal with them had nothing to do with me. The vet even called me trying to get me to yell her to take off review or he wouldn't treat my animals. I told him vets are a dime a dozen and if your reputatioon means more than the suffering of animals you are greedy, unethical, and in the wrong line of work.
I began going to Dr. Williams' hospital in 2000 and remained a client until I moved to another city in 2006. My experiences with the practice were excellent. Both Dr. Williams and Kathy were so kind and my pets couldn't have received better treatment . I have not found a practice here that equals in satisfaction. To this day I call for help and information and they are always available and willing to assist. Wish they were here.
Word of mouth does a lot and very satisfied by the service Alan and Kathy provide. Exceptionally friendly and professional! I highly reccommend.
We took a stray female cat there to see if they would like to put her up for adoption and after a bit of discussion, the very kind recieptionist took the cat in and took care of it for a full week until the adoption agency could come get the cat. Without the kindness and dedication of people like that, the animals of the world don't stand a chance.
My husband and I have been stationed at dyess afb, tx and found this vet on a lark. I truly wish we could take them with us to our next base. They are the nicest people and have been so helpful with my puppy who had a birth defect.
Very friendly people. Adopted two cats from them. One in 2002 and another in 2004. Couldn't be happier. Would recommend to anyone and have.
