My husband and I have been members at AFCU for three years, and I have NEVER had even a slight problem with them. The thing I like the most about the credit union is that they know me by name. I'm not just another account number; I am a customer. The staff is always friendly and ready to help in any way they can. I recently paid a bill online using my credit union account. It was a bill that I had not previously paid through an automatic draft, and instead of simply allowing the transaction, the representative called me to verify that the transaction was valid and that I had authorized it. To me, that is important. Having a credit union whose employees are looking out for their customers is extremely important to me. I feel good about doing business with them.
