Horrible experience. I went in for a hair trial and the instructor left me with two girls that have been there two days. The one girl did a good job curling my hair but was clueless on the rest and the instructor left the building and instructioned another student to help and she was clueless also . She finally came back and finished my hair. When it was all said and done it looked like a beehive and like I had been sitting outside in the wind . The instructor overheard me say I wasn't happy and proceed to tell me it was my fault and that was what I asked for. My friend was with me and got a man/pedi and they could even paint nails or file nailed correctly . The girl that did it was laying on the floor painting her nails. I understand this is a teaching school but I don't think this is how you teach people. We will not be returning again.

would be nice to know what time you open and how late you are open

I've had both good and bad experiences here. I've gotten great highlights, many good haircuts and lots of great pedicures. I got one very horrible haircut, and one very bad manicure. Make sure to call in advance and ask for one of the girls getting ready to graduate. Most of the girls are awesome at updo's and braids.
