Dear Owner of the Bay City Sausage Co.,

Today at about 1 o'clock give or take we stopped at your establishment to purchase some of you wares.
I noticed that the register reader was showing a different amount from the amount owed so I asked my daughter why it was showing a much larger amount and I said it didn't seem right.
Your cashier said to me, "Your rude", at which I was astonished. She could have jsut explained the reason why the register reader was different, but she did not. To say 'Your Rude' to a customer is what is very rude in my considered opinion. She could have simply explained why it showed a difference.
I was very offended by this. My initial response in my head was to reply that she was the one being rude, but I did not say aloud how rude she sounded.

Here's hoping she will not respond this way to anyone else or business will diminish even more.

On your way to Westport, along the highway, look for this place. The building is painted like a cow but inside is more than you'd expect. Lots of sausages and jerkys. Stuff to bring home and cook or you can get a hot bite of something too. I highly recommend the sausages on a stick. Garlic ones are great. Also an assortment of jerkys, even salmon jerky. And for the hunter...ask them about hanging, refrigeration and preparation of your deer or elk. Great place and great owner.
