So disappointed, angry and financial screwed. ordered a garage on 5\7\14. paid for the supplies and a 200.00 dollar delivery fee paid that day. promised delivery by 5/14/14. 1 week . 1st delivery was on 5/14/14 however everything but the rafters were delivered. so we called and were told the rafters were SOLD TO SOMEONE ELSE. so we need to order them special order. explained they were already ordered and paid for. then on JUNE 11TH they brought the rafters, but forgot the end rafters. - I CALLED said they would be delivered on the 12.th which they were NOT. CALLED Menards, said they were on the truck but the truck broke down. Would be delivered on the 13th of June. I received the end rafters this afternoon . but they were broken.( the truck driver said they blew off his truck) (got it in writing )NO managers on duty to talk to until Monday. I have contracted workers to put this garage up, Their time my time cost me money, It's been 5 weeks still no garage. ANGRY

I am writing to comment on a specific employee at Menards in Aberdeen SD. Rob Zimmerman is an outstanding, knowledgeable customer service representative. He is always extremely helpful and friendly. I notice he is a multi-tasker. When he has been helping me and recognizes someone else is waiting for assistance, he acknowledges that customer. He gives the other customer an approximate time when he will be able to assist or calls someone else to help--and vice versa when I have been the waiting customer. Rob Zimmerman is a five-star employee.
