Eutaw Construction Company was established in March 1980 by Thomas S. Elmore and a small group of investors in Aberdeen, Miss. It has completed projects in Mississippi, Alabama, Texas and Florida, and is licensed in Arkansas, Tennessee, Louisiana and Georgia. The company owns and maintains more than 40 caterpillar scrapers and all of the proper support equipment needed to move large quantities of dirt. Eutaw is able to move between 50,000 and 100,000 cubic yards of dirt per day depending on the length of haul, site conditions and type of material. In addition to its heavy equipment division, the company has a utility division with crews that are skilled in water, sewer and storm drainage piping.
