We had Advanced Appliance come out to fix our wall oven because the igniter was not working. They replaced it and added some wire to lengthen the wires going to the igniter. Well it worked for a little while and then we were back at the same problem. I called them to come back out and they never returned my call. I pulled out the igniter and it turns out the wire they used to lengthen it out was regular gauge wire not the insulated higher gauge wire that the igniter requires. I would not call them to have any other appliance repair done in my house.

I had Advanced Appliance out to fix a dishwasher this week- the gentleman who represented the company was very kind and punctual. He left informing me that it was not my dishwasher but an electrical issue. I called an electrician and the electrician told me the opposite that it was my dishwahser. Frustrated, I called Advanced back and sharfed with them what had happened-- they certainly understood why I was questioning everything and offered to come back over and recheck at no charge so that I would know for sure what needed to be done to solve the issue. The owner came over with the original represenative (did not charge me) and sure enough it was an electrical issue-- a faulty circuit breaker. The bottom line here is that they went far above the call of duty and I will use them again and reccomend highly to friends. Sherry B.
