Would not recommend using this product. Traded our's in after 18 months for a Filter Queen which is water less and picks up the dirt. Went to Simply Water's owner and she was rude and would not help us with the problems we were having with the vaccuum. Also tried going to the store many times and at different times of the day and it was never open. When calling received voicemail and Sarah never returned my phone messages. Poor customer service and poor product. Do your homework before you purchase this over priced piece of junk.

Sarah the owner is RUDE and inconsiderate. Would never recommend going to her or having her in my house ever again to do a demonstration. Have told family and friends to not have her complete a demonstration. When she does come to your home, she acts as if it isn't good enough and is just rude.
