This office does not understand the meaning of privacy or confidentiality. The nurses leave the door open when asking for you initial information and the reason why you are there. While they are asking for this information, other patients are walking in the room leaving urine samples on the counter. While waiting in the back rooms to be seen, you can hear the staff conversations with the doctor/nurse in the hallway regarding patients.
